Target Audience and Goal Statement

This activity is intended for nurses, nurse practitioners (NPs), and other clinicians involved in the care of patients with solid tumors.

The goal of this activity is for learners to be better able to recognize the clinical considerations associated with antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) use in solid tumors and how best to leverage the nurse/NP role in affected patients’ care.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:

  • Have increased knowledge regarding the
    • Latest clinical evidence evaluating ADCs for the treatment of patients with solid tumors
  • Have greater competence related to
    • Creating patient-centered treatment approaches utilizing ADCs for patients with solid tumors
    • Addressing concerns patients may have related to ADCs for solid tumors
  • Demonstrate greater confidence in their ability to
    • Leverage the nurse/NP role in the optimal care of patients with solid tumors who are receiving or are eligible for ADCs
